From fabrication to installation, this facade is taking its final form. Each GFRC panel is carried by steel support systems engineered in-house, so the sculpted frame holds its shape and fits precisely around every glazing line. From design and production to steel framing and on-site installation, we deliver end-to-end, so the vision moves to reality without hand-offs.

How we execute GRC
Six stages from drawing to handover
01
Drawings & approvals
We panelise the architect's design, detail every joint, bracket and fixing in shop drawings, and take them through consultant approval with material submittals and samples.

Moulds & casting
Project-specific moulds are made for each approved profile. GRC is sprayed or premix-cast with alkali-resistant glass fibre, then cured under controlled conditions.

Quality checks
Every element is checked against the drawing for size, profile and finish. Sample boards are tested for MOR and LOP to BS EN 1170-5 before release.

Support frames
Galvanised steel frames, embeds and brackets are fabricated and fixed to the structure, set out to the building's reference lines and levels.
05
Lifting & fixing
Panels arrive in installation order, are lifted by crane or hoist, positioned, aligned and mechanically fixed to the approved method statement.
06
Joints & finishing
Joints are treated with backing rod and sealant, surfaces touched up and painted where specified, then inspected, cleaned and handed over.
